On the occasion of the World Book and Copyright Day, April 23, the Student Parliament and the Literary Section of the Secondary Vocational School in Cetinje launched the campaign “Donate a book for the school library”.
Our library joined this action and donated 86 publications from its surplus to the School, mostly school readings, but also some well-known fiction titles. Professor Ivana Mitrović received the books on behalf of the School and Boban Medojević, the librarian, handed them to her. The National Library, as the most important library in Montenegro, has been carrying out activities aimed at promoting and popularizing books and reading for years. With donations, we help enrich the funds of all institutions and organizations, and we look forward to new cooperation.
